One company, one vehicle
Each SPV is set up for a single company and sits as its own branch of Soheil Capital. It never holds anything else, so nothing is blended and nothing is hidden.
What we commit to on every vehicle, and who we work with.
We do not run a pooled fund. When we back a company, we set up a dedicated SPV for it, a branch of the Soheil Capital family that exists for that one company and nothing else. Our investors own that company through it, and we are all in on it, because it is the only thing the vehicle holds.

Fees, carry and the plan for exit are set per vehicle and written into the offering documents before anyone commits a dollar.
We stay through to the exit, an IPO, an acquisition or a secondary sale, and report to our investors the whole way. That can take years, and we say so up front.
